	Lloyd Rhodes President Lloyd Rhodes has provided the services of a broker/consultant since 1988 when he founded The Rhodes Insurance Group. As a resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Lloyd is active in many community activities such as Broward College Foundation, Downtown Fort Lauderdale Rotary Club and Kids in Distress and is a graduate of Leadership Broward (Class XVIII) and Senior Executive Orientation 2003.
	Karin Rhodes Vice President, Finance Karin Rhodes, with a BS degree in accounting, directs the finances of The Rhodes Insurance Group. Karin also contributes time and expertise to a number of community endeavors. She is past president of the Board of HospiceCare of Southeast Florida and Kids in Distress Auxiliary. She currently serves as treasurer of the Forum on Women’s Health and is a board member of the Friends of Jack and Jill. She also served as Senior Warden of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church.
	Flo Cestaro Vice President, Client Services Flo Cestaro joined The Rhodes Insurance Group in 1995 and is responsible for day-to-day servicing of our clients. She compiles and coordinates the collection of data and information essential to analysis of benefits proposal and experience. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, conducts educational meetings for human resource departments and assists clients at open enrollment and orientation meetings.
	Rebecca Parnell Benefit & Contracts Analyst Rebecca Parnell joined The Rhodes Insurance Group in 2006. Her attention to detail and understanding of insurance regulations enables her to thoroughly examine and analyze the benefits offered by our clients and the contracts used to administer those benefits.
	Ron Weintraub Senior Benefits Consultant Prior to joining The Rhodes Insurance Group in 2009, Ron Weintraub served as Benefits Director for the School Board of Broward County where he was responsible for all aspects of employee benefits. While there, he established the district's wellness program, which was highlighted on ABC Evening News. Respected for his creativity and dedication to service, Ron has participated on numerous panels and boards and is currently Vice Chair of the Broward County Educational Facilities Authority.
	Jason Melachrino, PharmD, MBA Consultant Pharmacist Dr. Jason Melachrino joined The Rhodes Insurance Group in December, 2006, and brings a wide spectrum of pharmaceutical expertise to the company. He earned his BS in Chemistry from the University of South Florida, and his Doctorate in Pharmacy and MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He holds active Pharmacist and Consultant Pharmacist licenses for the State of Florida and has several publications. Dr. Melachrino provides clinical and regulatory consulting services to institutional settings. He currently is an Assistant Clinical Professor for the Colleges of Pharmacy at University of Florida and Palm Beach Atlantic University respectively. He is presently serving on the Board of Directors for Broward County Pharmacy Association.
