Lloyd F. Rhodes
President
Lloyd Rhodes has provided the services of a Broker
/ Consultant since 1988
when he founded The Rhodes Insurance Group.
As a resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Lloyd is active in many
community activities such as Broward Community College Foundation (Vice
Chair), Downtown Fort Lauderdale Rotary Club (Past President), Kids in
Distress (Past President and lifetime Board Member), and is a graduate
of Leadership Broward (Class XVIII) and Senior Executive Orientation
2003. 
Karin Rhodes
Vice President for Finance
Karin Rhodes directs the finances of The Rhodes Insurance Group.
Formerly, she was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch in Fort
Lauderdale, Florida. Karin contributes time
and expertise to many community endeavors as President of the Board of
Directors of HospiceCare of Southeast Florida, Trustee of St. Mark’s
Episcopal Church Pension Plan and Member of the PAWS Golf Committee
raising funds for the Humane Society of Broward County.

Flo Cestaro
Vice President for Client Services
Flo Cestaro joined The Rhodes Insurance Group in September, 1995. Flo
holds active licenses in Life and Health and assists in all aspects of
the group insurance business. She is always willing to provide clients
with individual assistance in resolving claim issues.

Rebecca Parnell
Account Service Representative
Rebecca Parnell joined The Rhodes Insurance Group in June, 2006, and
brings a variety of knowledge to the company. She is prepared to help
clients with benefit and administrative issues that arise from time to
time and to provide assistance with the preparation of communications
and analyses relating to group insurance plans.
